I kind of got mad last week when I wanted to write some math on my blog and I had no idea how to do it. After searching for a little while, I was clueless. I’ve red some posts about people installing some plugins in their wordpress instalation but I didn’t knew that wordpress.com has something for this too.
Today I found that not only wordpress.com can do math but is using

Last week I’ve discovered some lectures from Stanford dealing with machine learning algorithms. Today I took the time to watch the first episode and I must say that it looks like a must see series. The first episode is almost as impressive as a TED presentation showing all the neat stuff that this class of algorithms can do. Also the professor seems very found of this area and this is influencing the course in a good way. He actually manage to transmit his excitement for this field to the audience.
Even if you’re not interested in machine learning algorithms it is worth watching the first episode.
